- Tax Deductibility: The Do Only Good Everyday Foundation is organized as a nonprofit entity. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of any charitable donations or purchases made on our platform based on your local laws.
3. Payment Processing & Cryptocurrency
We accept payments and donations via standard currency (processed through Stripe) and digital assets (Cryptocurrency).
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Payments made via Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all orders.
- Cryptocurrency Transactions: * Due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain networks, all cryptocurrency donations and purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Transactions are considered complete only after receiving the required number of block confirmations on the respective blockchain network.
- We are not responsible for network congestion, delayed transactions, or funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
4. Merchandise Purchases and E-Commerce
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for merchandise (including plush toys or promotional gear) at our sole discretion.
- Shipping and Delivery: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to our shipping carrier.
